How to Feel Better. Feeling low is a common experience that everyone has felt, it can be caused by a variety of factors, such as stress, grief, exhaustion, hopelessness, or illness.

Do you ever feel sad, down, or depressed? Others might say they feel tired, unmotivated, or hopeless. Still, others might say they feel angry, irritable, bored, or anxious. Most people during this time isolate themselves from people to be alone.

All these feelings are right and happen to everyone. Sudden loss of interest, change in energy, change in appetite, change in self-esteem, sudden boredom, intense feeling of suicide, and change in concentration. What matters most is knowing how to accept and counter the feeling.

Walking increases endorphin levels. Endorphins are hormones that have mood-boosting and pain-relieving effects. When you walk, your body releases endorphins, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety.

Walking also helps reduce muscle tension and offers a distraction.

Have you realized that the more you are on your phone, you become lazy day after day? When we spend a lot of time staring at screens, we’re not getting the physical activity that our bodies need to stay healthy and energized. This can lead to fatigue, which can make us feel lazy.
