Ruto however promised a free NHIF service to the vulnerable people by
simple assured government full support and budgeting an amount for those who
will not be able to raise the required fee due to scarcity of funds.DP also promised to construct 5000 affordable settlement units in Nakuru catering for the homeless persons and decongesting Nakuru city.“We shall start the housing policy in Kasarani and construct flat buildings to the informal housing settlements areas within Nakuru county. We are also planning to construct hospitals, schools and water rationing within the new settlement areas.”However, he bombed the Azimio La Umoja brigade by referring to them as a deceitful team with no gripped agenda for Kenyans. He further added that a country led by conmen and deceitful leaders will always be controlled by the aspect of leadership of personalities and state capture.
