The Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang has called for stronger cooperation in order to promote multilateral and global development among G2O members.
He made the remarks at the G20 Foreign Minister’s meeting. Gang highlighted the principles of dialogue on an equal footing and consensus building through consultation to address global affairs.
He reaffirmed China’s commitment to macroeconomic policy coordination, safeguarding food and energy security, improving global economic governance, and bolstering international development cooperation.
He also urged the members of G20 to support the sustainable development goals at the United Nations Tackle Climate Change and Act on the QUIM being Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
Qin Gang’s statement also on the other hand highlights China’s desire to work closely with other countries to promote multilateralism and uphold the rules-based international order. This approach aligns with China’s long-standing commitment to peaceful development and mutually beneficial cooperation.

This year’s G-24 Minister’s meeting was held in the Indian Capital New Delhi, and so far the Russia-Ukraine conflict dominated talks alongside climate change and the worsening debt crisis.
The Chinese government recognizes the importance of cooperation and coordination among nations to address common challenges such as poverty reduction, climate change, and global economic imbalances.
