Happily ever after is what many look for. You get into a marriage and all is well until it is not. Either your wife is just doing things that piss you off beyond measure or, she has taken things too personally. Men will go and get solace from somewhere else if he is not getting it at home, best believe that.

Wives, steer clear of the comparison games. Every time James has to hear how you think Kinuthia is doing so well and that he should aspire to be like him (the latter) makes him run mad. To be honest, you would not have settled there if you didn’t think there was no potential. (let’s hope so)

Look here, men will be men. So, their proclivity to do annoying things is probably in their DNA. Even so, that man does not appreciate being scolded in public. Do not make him look like an eyesore in front of his friends or family or else, that will be the last time you call him your husband.

If you are the type of wife that starts to rain demands on your husband even before he has time to take his shoes off, this would be the perfect time to stop. Men do not like it when all you do is talk about how he is yet to pay school fees, or the mother-in-law needs money for her Chama. You will talk about it, but let the man eat at least.
- Silence games
Sometimes it seems as though the silent treatment is the best way to win with your husband, but all this will do is lead to a dead end. If you have dirty linen you want to air out, do so. Do not beat around the bush with silence, expecting him to figure out what crawled up your sleeve.

You get into a fight, fine. Which couple doesn’t anyway. But then, you cross the line when you deny him conjugal rights out of spite.
