The pressure to get home before your wife’s curfew of 10 PM, her nagging that it is your turn to change diapers, or just her face could make you want to get some space away from her.

Wanting that alone time is not such a bad thing. Every once in a while, a couple is required to get away from each other so as not to ‘tire’ the eye. Statistically, thriving relationships are those where the partners give each other space. Of course, the space is temporary. It gives both partners the time to absorb themselves back into their routines, outside the usual couple stuff.
