Forbes has released the list of top self-made women this year, causing mixed reactions among fans.
Fans are outraged at the fact that Taylor Swift comes before singer Beyoncé on the list. They have taken to their social media pages to express concern as to whether Forbes did their research right or Beyoncé didn’t declare the right amount of wealth.

Beyoncé and Taylor Swift, both singers with diehard fan bases have featured on the list among other celebrities like TV show host Oprah Winfrey, Skims founder Kim Kardashian, E-bay founder Meg Whitman, and musician Rihanna.
The list highlights the different products that the self-made women have that have led to their success, from Beauty brands to fast food chains and IT companies.
The list shows that Taylor Swift comes at number 34 with a net worth of 740 Million Dollars while Beyoncé is at number 48 with a net worth of 540 Million Dollars.
Fans dispute the fact that Taylor is wealthier than Beyoncé and have asked Forbes to review the list.
One fan wrote;
There is no way anyone believes that Taylor Swift is worth more than Beyoncé in 2023.

The fans also celebrated Rihanna for creating a brand that made her billions, as a woman who came from the Caribbean as an immigrant.
