DTB Launches three New Branches in Nairobi and Kiambu as Part of its Growth

Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) has recently launched three new branches in Nairobi county and Kiambu county as part of its development.

Two branches have been opened at Baba Dogo and Kijabe Street as well as Kiambu Town. The enlargement now moves its countrywide total branches to 70 and 138 in East Africa.

Part of the bank’s goal is enlargement to bring services closer to clients.

“We are delighted to open three new branches today and offer our SME and retail customers an even more convenient banking experience,” DTB Group Chief Executive Officer Nasim Devji said.

He added that DTB’s growing network of branches represents their ongoing commitment to be closer to their customers and providing them with easy and convenient access to their services.

Services being offered at the new locations will be personal and business accounts, loans, supply chain financing, mortgages, cards, and investment options.

Availability of the bank’s digital channels will also enable customers to access their accounts and accomplish banking transactions.

DTB opened six branches across Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kiambu counties last year to also enhance customer satisfaction.

“The new branches, targeting traders, farmers, and other business owners and retailers, will offer a wide range of innovative products and services to our customers in Kiambu and Nairobi counties, while also giving them a space where they can come in and talk to us as we
explore ways of supporting each other,” the CEO said.
