From the footage, the incident happened on Thursday, January 5, during the ongoing marking of the KCSE examination papers. Confirming the incident, the school administration said they reported the matter to police officers at the Kiambu Police Station for further action.
“The case was handled as a criminal matter and given the right attention by the security officials at the examinations center,” the school said.
The Kikuyu OCPD Catherine Ringera, told the media that their investigation showed the incident was misreported. The OCPD disclosed that the examiner captured on the viral video had mistakenly picked her colleague’s garment while collecting hers from the clothesline.
