Taylor Swift delighted her fans during a recent stop on her “Eras” tour in Kansas City.

Taylor Swift Invites Joey on Stage
Adding to the excitement, Swift invited actors Joey King and Taylor Lautner, who star in the video, to join her on stage. Evidently, the surprise appearance left King, known for her roles in “The Kissing Booth” and “Bullet Train,” in awe of the unique experience.
Speaking to CNN, Joey described the feeling of walking out on stage in front of a crowd of over 70,000 people. She expressed how different and exhilarating the moment was for her.
In addition, the actress likened the experience to an ice bath, explaining that the rush of energy from the audience was similar to being hit with a wave of chilly shock.
“That’s a different level. It’s a very nice experience to walk out on a stage of 70,000 plus people… The best way to describe it was like, when the doors opened and I walked out, it’s like that feeling when you get in an ice bath. It just takes your breath away and you’re genuinely caught for breath. It was truly a breathtaking experience to see all those people that are sending all this energy at you directly. It was exhilarating.”

Consequently, King recounted the moments leading up to her appearance on stage. She shared that Swift informed her she was considering when to bring her out, either before or after the video played.
On the whole, Joey’s spontaneous reaction was a mix of surprise, nervousness, and excitement. However, the opportunity to bask in the energy of the crowd was an unforgettable experience.

Moreover, Joey King also reflected on her previous collaboration with Taylor Swift in 2011 for the music video “Mean.” She indeed revealed that working with Swift was an immediate “yes” when the singer approached her again this year.
Before this, Swift shared the treatment she had written for the “I Can See You” video, and King was eager to participate. Thereafter citing her admiration for Swift’s talent and personality.

Her volunteer work is part of Hill’s Pet Nutrition’s, Clear The Shelters Campaign. The movement is aimed at finding loving homes for dogs and cats.
Joey King, along with her fiancé Steven Piet, recently adopted a shelter dog named Fable. According to the actress, the dog has brought new life to their home and forged a bond with their older dog, Jesse James.
Besides her involvement in Swift’s music video and her volunteer efforts, King is also in the midst of wedding planning. She and Piet are preparing for an “intimate” ceremony surrounded by close friends and family.
Piet is producer and director. Joey and Piet met on the set of Hulu’s 2019 series “The Act.” Naturally, King shared her excitement about marrying her best friend and praised Piet’s gentle nature and positive presence in her life.
