Servant leaders are focused on helping their team members succeed. They are supportive, empathetic, and always willing to lend a helping hand. They are usually referred to as good leaders and very effective in the training phase.

Participative leaders involve their team members in decision-making. They listen to feedback and are open to new ideas. This kind of leader works well with a team that understands the goal and vision of the project.

Transactional leaders focus on setting clear expectations and providing rewards for meeting those expectations. They are good at managing day-to-day operations.

Transformational leaders inspire and motivate their team members to achieve great things. They are visionaries who set clear goals and create a positive work environment. They are very good coaches, they recognize their team members’ strengths, weaknesses, and motivations to help each individual improve.
