Mauricio Pochettino’s first season at Chelsea is set to undergo a major clear out.
Pochettino was appointed last month on a two – year deal with an extension option.
It appears he has a busy transfer window according to reports. The west London side are planning to cut ties with 12 players.

According to the Daily Mail, the club is trying to balance the books by off loading some players who have 12 months remaining other deal. By doing so,Chelsea will avoid free transfers next summer
