Donald Trump to be arraigned in New York Criminal Court

The 45th President of America Donald Trump is set to be arrested and appear in the New York criminal court on Tuesday to be criminated for his alleged crimes related to Hush Money payments.

Donald Trump will be expected to appear in the courthouse at noon for fingerprinting and processing and then to go before Judge Juan Merchan at Two O’clock where the charges against Trump will be revealed.


Despite all the accusations against Donald Trump he still has supporters that argue the future of American democracy lies in the hands of Donald Trump and the ongoing case is a challenge and obstacle put out by people who do not want him in power.

Donald Trump called for a protest in the event of his arrest and later warned people that if he was criminally charged the protest will allegedly course death and destruction, Trump unveiled this information on his socials and also criticized the prosecutor in charge.

He also claimed that District Attorney Alvin Bragg leaked information about his indictment to the press. Trump told District Attorney Alvin Bragg that if he wants to save his reputation he should come clean and Indict himself.

“[I]f he wants to really clean up his reputation, he will do the honorable thing and, as District Attorney, INDICT HIMSELF,” Donald Trump said.


Trump has also used his indictment to raise money for his campaign in 2024 so far it is said that he has raised seven million dollars since his indictment on Thursday last week.


The charges against Trump will be revealed when he is arraigned in court. However, professional spectators who are familiar with the case speculate that Donald Trump will be allegedly charged for allegations of Document Fraud coherent to the Hush money payments during his presidential campaign in 2016, and he might face about 30 counts for his alleged crime.

According to the 2019 New York State law, Donald Trump is not qualified to receive bail for the crimes he allegedly committed were not done violently hence they are non-violent offenses.


Trump has denied all allegations and described the investigation being conducted as a Witch Hunt and claims that the district attorney is being Racist.


Trump also claimed that he could not have a fair trial in Manhattan and demanded the venue be changed and the investigations took place in New York City.


“The Corrupt D.A. has no case, what he does have is a venue where it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a Fair Trial (it must be changed!)” Donald Trump said.
