Kush Tracey explored her luo genes on Kitchen Safari this week, by preparing a spectacular dish of ugali and coconut fish curry.
On this week’s episode of Kitchen Safari, Kush Tracey sailed the ship to the lakeside, to prepare one of the classic dishes akin to the area; Ugali and coconut fish curry with a side of Kachumbari. The endeavor started with her ogling the kitchen space for a minute or two, before getting her groove on to work some magic.

The major ingredients used in this dish were:

1 clove of garlic
Tomato paste
1 tablespoon paprika
¼ tablespoon chili
Curry powder
White/black pepper (whichever picks your fancy)
Coconut milk,
And the fish (Tilapia) of course…
