Chinese wedding dressmakers have recently created a new industrial chain by integrating traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies.
They have embraced new production models that incorporate e-commerce platforms, online marketing, and extensive data analysis to reach a wider audience and create more customized and affordable products.
Today, the rich patterns sung with real gold or silver thread inlays are highly decorative and sought after by modern brides or for high-end custom.
“For example, it takes a day to hand embroider this pattern, but this machine can complete it in two hours”, an official said.
To keep up with growing market demand. Embroidery machines have been introduced by the local factories in the city at this chow embroidery factory, and 12 computerized machines are running at full capacity.
Each one can complete more than 416 stitches per minute, which is about 50 times faster than a human woman.
Through this new industrial chain, Chinese wedding dressmakers can now cater to a more diverse and demanding customer base, including those who live in remote areas or abroad.
With the help of digital technologies, they can offer more personalized designs and styles, faster delivery times, and better quality control.

Besides the speed industry, experts say embroidery machines improve the quality of the final product.
So far, the city has more than 500 wedding dress and evening gown firms.
The annual output is over 200 million wedding dresses, 90% of which are exported to about 20 countries in regions around the world.
