China’s expenditure during the spring holiday has brightened hopes that the country’s economic rebound will progress to the next level, experts, say.
Now that the spring festival is over, it’s back to work for millions of people who travel home for the holidays. But this year companies say there are plenty of job vacancies as well.
“Companies in electronics, new energy, and other industries have seen a large number of orders for the first quarter. There is a great demand for workers’’, said an Official.
To fill the occupancy as fast as possible. Officials and company directors from the Eastern Chinese city of Suzhou have been hunting for recruits in Central China, in Xi Young during the recent 7-day holiday.
Meanwhile, migrant workers are mobilizing across the nation to take advantage of new opportunities.

“A prominent feature of the labor market at the start of the year is that migrant workers are returning to work earlier after the holiday. 20% of them are returning to work earlier than in previous years. There is also strong demand for labor as enterprises look to restore production as soon as possible”, said one of the company directors from the Eastern Chinese city of Suzhou.
To facilitate the return trips of the workers. Local authorities of various Chinese provinces and cities are arranging special trains and chartered flights to major manufacturing hubs in the Eastern and southern parts of the country.
