However, unlike Squid Game which has been given the green light for season 2, it will not be a life or death situation.

A total of 456 contestants around the world will play games where going home empty-handed will be the worst fate.

Netflix announced through their platform on Tuesday, June 14, that its new ten-episode series ‘Squid Game: The Challenge’ will offer the largest cash reward ever, as players compete through a series of games inspired by the original show, with surprising new editions.
