How To Instantly Feel Better

How to Feel Better. Feeling low is a common experience that everyone has felt, it can be caused by a variety of factors, such as stress, grief, exhaustion, hopelessness, or illness.

Do you ever feel sad, down, or depressed? Others might say they feel tired, unmotivated, or hopeless. Still, others might say they feel angry, irritable, bored, or anxious. Most people during this time isolate themselves from people to be alone.

All these feelings are right and happen to everyone. Sudden loss of interest, change in energy, change in appetite, change in self-esteem, sudden boredom, intense feeling of suicide, and change in concentration. What matters most is knowing how to accept and counter the feeling.

Are you overthinking? – Write
Writing has been proven to help clarify one’s thoughts. When you write down your thoughts, you are forced to slow down and really consider what you are thinking. This can help you to identify the root of your overthinking and to see your thoughts from a different perspective, it also helps you realize your negative trends and therefore drives you to a position of either change or a coping mechanism.

Music is a great emotion regulator. When angry and getting more agitated, music is often used to slow down the heartbeat, therefore, keeping them composed. Music also helps many express their emotion of pain, anger, and sadness which in turn heals the body.

Are you stressed? Go for a walk

Walking is a great way to reduce stress for a number of reasons. Nature is a great way to heal, and connect to one’s self

Walking increases endorphin levels. Endorphins are hormones that have mood-boosting and pain-relieving effects. When you walk, your body releases endorphins, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety.

Walking also helps reduce muscle tension and offers a distraction.
