Arsenal sporting director Edu:
“It has already started because you know what is happening in the market, so everybody is working and doing stuff,” Edu revealed when quizzed on transfer plans for the summer at Monday’s London Football Award.
“You have to plan, of course, ahead of people as well to be prepared and when we get to the summer, we are well prepared.
“When it was in the (January) transfer window, it makes me feel really comfortable in how I prepare myself and how we prepare ourselves as a club to face those challenges.
“In the Premier League, (there are) a lot of clubs, a lot of good managers, the competition is high but as soon as you prepare well then you feel comfortable.
“Again we went into the winter period really well prepared and then we started to make some great decisions and important decisions. So far, it is helping the team to perform well so that’s good, that’s good for everyone.”

Lukaku back to Chelsea
Inter Milan chief executive has come out clear that Romelu Lukaku will return to Chelsea at the end of the season.
Lukaku was loaned by Chelsea to San Siro last summer despite his club-record fee after falling out of favor for Thomas Tuchel.
Lukaku has made only 18 appearances for Inter netting five goals. However, the forward has made it clear that he doesn’t want to return to Chelsea even if his loan move was for one season and ends on June 30.
The striker struggled at Stamford Bridge and has continued to under impress back in Italy, scoring just five goals and being limited by injury to only 18 appearances.

Marotta told Sky Italy:
“The loan was for one season so on June 30, regardless of how well he plays, he’ll go back to Chelsea.
“This has been an unprecedented season – I’m referring of course to the World Cup. Lukaku hasn’t found the fitness he needs to play his best football.
“He’s still not at his best or the player we got to see in years gone by.”

PSG are also interested in the player but united were the first club to make a move for the 24-year-old.
Kolo Muani joined Frankfurt last summer from Nantes on a free transfer and his contract expires in 2027.
Bild also reports that Frankfurt may be willing to let the forward leave if they receive an offer of over €100m (KSH. 13.7 Billion).
