Veteran gospel Daddy Owen reveals the type of woman he wants to marry, describing her as a ‘Village girl’ who is very prayerful and does not seek social media validation.
Daddy Owen who is currently 40 and unmarried, says his mother is worried about his marital status, noting that he has no family and he is growing old.
Daddy Owen was once married but divorced in the year 2020, as the gossip has it that his ex-wife eloped with a businessman.

Daddy Own’s mother been pushing him to remarry and start a new family, with fear that her son might remain alone and lonely for the rest of his life.
The mother’s desperation is expressed when she asks Owen been to hire someone just so he could stop going home alone and walking alone.
“She tells me to even hire someone just to stop walking alone at home. She is worried that I live alone, I walk alone.” Daddy Owen says.
Despite the encouragement he is getting from his mother to start a new family, Daddy Owen is finding it hard to get back to dating due to his experience with past relationships.
According to Gafla! Daddy Owen got depressed after his first relationship failing to workout and his ex-wife left, a situation that has made him rethink remarrying.
“Any move with someone else might trigger my past. I am like, will I treat her well or I will be under the same pressure and the relationship end again?”
However, if he makes the decision to remarry he has the type of girl that he wants in mind.
“I am Looking for a serious woman to date and marry. I am looking for a dark-skinned woman, very prayerful. She should be from the village. I can’t date someone who is born in the town.” Daddy Owen clarifies
