I’m not a scientist or into conspiracy theories, but yesterday on my walk home, I found myself building theories in my head. “What if the world was a bubble?” the thought popped up in my mind. Funny, right? There is actual proof that our world is round, but others try to prove it’s flat, and here I am, thinking it’s a bubble.
You might think this girl is mumbling or a comedian, well I am funny in person so I wouldn’t blame you if you confused me for one. My analogy on life is a bubble; life is unpredictable and could pop at any time, bringing it to an end.
I am a firm believer that we should live life to the fullest before it crumbles down, but most of the time we do not know how to do so. Something that has stopped me from doing great things is fear. To me, fear is definitely my number one.
What if I told you I found a glitch in the matrix for living a carefree and fearless life? In many situations, we don’t do things we want because we worry about what others will think of us. Individualism is a unique quality we all possess.
When you’re feeling afraid, always remember that no one really knows what they’re doing – we’re all just winging it. This mindset always helps me relax and motivates me to do what makes me happy. It’s okay to try instead of regretting never doing so.
Another way to overcome fear is to be your own cheerleader. Boost your confidence when trying something new. Be the first to compliment yourself on how good you look in the morning in the mirror.
Validating yourself keeps the need for external validation at bay. It also gives you confidence and the belief that you can achieve anything. By embracing the belief that you are successful and that everything is working out for you, you can manifest these positive outcomes.
I stopped being controlled by fear and started to explore life more when I realized that it’s okay to look foolish while trying.
