North Korea is famously known for its dictatorial government under their President Kim Jong Un. The country has been known to experience very harsh living conditions, due to how it is secretive in almost every sector.
However, despite of all the country having many disadvantages, there are a couple of advantages that they enjoy.
Low Gini Coefficient
Gini Coefficient is a statistical measure of economic inequality in a population.
The coefficient measures the dispersion of income or distribution of wealth among the members of a population.
Based on estimated Gini Coefficient, North Korea has less income inequality than the US, Canada, UK, and France – among many other developed nations.

Anyone (normally male) who wants to get married can write an application to ask for a house or apartment from the company that he works for.
After this the company will then distribute a house to the couple and the house will be close to this person’s working place.
According to the contribution about this person in this company or for the country he will get a corresponding house. However, for a big family they will get a corresponding big house or apartment.

Normally in the city community young people will live in the high floor. The elderly people live in the low floor cause the electricity always stop in the city. The house and appartments are not belong to the private.
They all belong to the country. So there is no real estate agency in North Korea.
