According to the Rockwall Police Department, Police were called in response to a “disturbance at a hotel located in the 2600 Block of Lakefront Trail in Rockwall, TX.” When the police arrived, the complainant told them someone had entered the hotel looking drunk, chosen a bag of chips, and started eating them.

It is reported that Musso became verbally abusive when asked to pay for the chips and fled without doing so. Musso was approached by police outside the hotel, where he “demonstrated signs of intoxication” and was arrested.
