One driver complained of how some clients usually take long only to later show up with friends who are more than the cab seats.

One of the challenges they highlighted is waiting for hours for passengers. This is in terms of picking a passenger at a destination they requested to be picked at.

The safety of both drivers and passengers is also a challenge they talked about. This is especially because both persons do not know each other well. There have been cases of some passengers being kidnapped or harmed. in the country further increasing distrust between drivers and their passengers.

In addition, drivers also complained about how some passengers ask to be picked up in areas considered dangerous. However, in most instances, drivers would end up cancelling the request if they feel it poses a threat to their property or lives.

A third challenge is getting passengers who are drunk. It is a challenge as they may be hard to communicate with and figure out their destination and also pay the cost.

Also, some keep changing their destinations, while others end up even throwing up in the car. Later on, they end up not compensating the driver.
