Dali and Ali, the Education Officer at UNICEF Kenya, commended the initiative, emphasizing the importance of investing in early childhood education.

Dali said, “Improving the quality of early childhood education means investing in teacher development, continuously improving curricula, and providing more support.” He also emphasized the significant role of animations in transmitting positive messages and values.

Selected animations from the China Media Group, including “Monkey King,” based on the popular Chinese classic novel, and “John the Envoy,” depicting a Chinese official’s journey 2,100 years ago that contributed to the creation of the ancient Silk Road, will be showcased during the project.

Additionally, a painting competition will be organized to tap into the creative talents of both Chinese and African children. The Twinkle Star project has received an overwhelmingly positive response, with one participant expressing their admiration, saying, “I’m a great fan of Kung Fu movies; we love you, China. We really do love you.”
