Controversial comedian and activist Eric Omondi says that he raised Ksh. 340, 000 through begging in the streets of London.
Through a video posted on his social media pages, the comedian can be seen asking passers-by in the street for cash as police try to stop him from causing a commotion.

In the video, Eric Omondi is seated by the road with a hat, begging with a poster written;
Please Help. Things Are Bad, Veeery Bad.
The content creator said that he would use the money to buy flour for Kenyans struggling in this economy and also purchase laptops for upcoming content creators to support them in their craft. He also complained that he faced racism while begging.
The comedian had earlier announced a concert tour in the UK, performing in different places including Glasgow in Scotland.
