Sources close to Musk revealed that he sees potential in the idea of connecting people through his popular platform, which already boasts over 330 million active users.
The proposed feature, tentatively named “Twitter Dating,” would allow users to create profiles with photos and personal information, and then swipe left or right to indicate their interest in other users.
Although Twitter is primarily a platform for short-form messages and news updates, Musk believes that adding a dating feature could attract a younger, more diverse audience to the platform.

In a tweet, he quoted Elon Musk who had voiced concerns over a “population collapse” following the release of a study indicating a decline in fertility rates in Nordic nations.
There is no official timeline for when the feature might be launched, but Musk is reportedly already in talks with potential partners and developers to make the project a reality.
While some Twitter users have expressed skepticism about the idea, others are excited about the prospect of finding love on the popular platform.
