ICT and Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo on Friday, February, 24 launched the Jitume ICT laboratory at Kisiwa Technical College in Bungoma.
Speaking in Bungoma, Owalo said that the world is changing to new media technology, hence investing largely in modern innovations in all Kenyan 47 counties at large.
“We have a complish and a strong vision to realise new chapter in a modern society”, Eliud Owalo said.

The program is part of the government’s digital skills development agenda, designed to equip TVET Institutions all over Kenya with 23, 000 virtual desktops.
The Kenya Kwanza administration under the bottom up-economic agenda has promised to invest more in digital technology.
