August Alsina is a renowned musician who was caught up in the Will Smith and Jada smith ‘Entanglement’ saga. To put it short, Jada Smith had an affair with August Alsina. When appearing on the US reality show the surreal life the 30-year-old musician revealed that he wanted to honour the person he loves by introducing them to his fans.

“I want to share that and really honour the person that I love and that loves me back and teaching me so much about love and healing. I want to do that in front of the world,” he said facing the camera.
Alsina continued to say that his relationship with the man defied what love is according to society.
“Because it defies all of the constructs that one would say love is supposed to be or love would look like, I love you”. Alsina said as the man sat next to him during the interview.
However, Alsina did not reveal his sexuality nor did he reveal the identity of the man who sat next to him though his fans speculated that the video could have been him coming out to the world as queer. Most of his fans supported him and encouraged him to continue to discover himself.
Some people were shocked by this news and never imagined August Alsina being part of the LGBTQ+ community. However, some fans do not think that he is actually Queer for he did not define the type of love he was feeling for the person and leaned toward it being more of platonic love.
Whatever the case his fans still support him and appreciate his music and are anxiously waiting for him to release more great hits.
