My financial net worth is Ksh120 million, says CS nominee Salim Mvurya

Mvurya stated that he is worthy of Ksh120 million and the total amount generates from his valued assets including; rental houses (real estate), and farming on parcels of his land. The Cabinet Secretary nominee has put key outlined measures of work output if sworn-in in the office.

Simplifying the move, Mvurya made a remark that he was intelligently suitable for the position and that he will strongly deliver without any tribal favors.

Appearing before the vetting committee, Salim Mvurya promised to deliver at his level best, hence giving the green light for progress.

He clinched power through the Orange Democratic Movement-ODM party as his first political party was first elected to power the ODM party and later defected to the ruling Jubilee Party in the year 2016.

Mvurya was born in 1970 in Kadzandani village, in the Kinango sub-county, and married to Christine Mwaka who works at Base Titanium they are blessed with four children.

The Former Kwale Governor has worked in the government for ten years and recently he was appointed as cabinet secretary nominee by President William Ruto for being a valued supporter of Kenya Kwanza at the Coastal region chapter during the August 9, 2022 elections.

The nominated Cabinet Secretary started his educational journey at Mavirivirini Primary School and made his proceeding to Mpeketoni Secondary School whereby he later joined Egerton University for a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management and graduated.

Noting that he also has a Master’s in Participation, Power, and Social Change from the Institute of Development Studies in England.

Giving education first priority, Mvurya also holds a certificate in non-governmental organizations management from MS-TCFC in Arusha-Tanzania.

Finally, during Mvurya’s stages in the political circle, he joined politics because he believed that he could perform better in managerial and deliver development skills in order to change people’s lives in Kwale county at large.
