Jackie Matubia and Blessing Lungaho, actors of the Zora television series, have responded to accusations that their relationship is in trouble.
According to allegations that have lately circulated on social media, the pair has broken up and she has gone on a rampage to delete his images Instagram.
“One by one if you check you will only find a few pictures of Blessing staying in hotels as we speak I’m their jirani (neighbor). Yao si kiki, wamedrift (theirs is not clout chasing, they have drifted apart) ways that’s why they are doing low-key watu wasijue (so that people don’t find out),” a source explained.
Blessing was last seen in a photo on Jackie’s page on August 13, 2022.
In any case, Matubia revealed in an interview with Nairobi News on Monday, August 29, 2022, that she was aware of the rumors spreading and expected getting a lot of calls about them.
She said that their relationship was fantastic and they were delighted when asked if everything was going well for them.
“Rumors will always be rumors. We are doing very fine,” said Jackie.
In a different chat with Lungaho, he denied the rumors and even claimed that Jackie was seated next to him while he spoke on the phone to a local publication.

“I’m just from the gym. I’m even seated here next to her and I just want to go take a shower,” said Lungaho.
In the middle of 2022, the couple gave birth to a girl, referring to her only as “Baby D.”
Talking about her experience as a second-time mother, Matubia claimed that although the experience was great, she wasn’t yet ready to show the baby’s face because the child was still too young.
On April 2022 during his birthday, Lungaho proposed to Jackie.
“He proposed and I said Yes! I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life laughing and loving you always!” Jackie said.
