Reality star and singer, Nadia Nakai is adding to the list of celebrities and passengers who have complained about airlines, specifically Kenya Airways (KQ). Nadia Nakai had gone to Zanzibar for a vacation and used Kenya Airways. She was part of the passengers affected by the change of flight schedule due to bad weather. In a statement from Kenya Airways dated July 3, they confirmed the flight changes.
Nadia Nakai took to her Instagram to share how negligent Kenya Airways had been for losing her luggage. She also added how the number she was given to get in contact with was not picking up when she called. The airline allegedly lost her luggage in Kenya.
Nadia also posted the statement by the airline adding they were supposed to send her luggage at a stipulated time and that after trying to reach out to them all day, she has not gotten any response.

Elsa Majimbo also once shared her frustrations with Kenya Airways when they lost her luggage. She advised others not to use the airline. She went ahead to say that the plane was really small and that the airline said they left her luggage in another country because it was too big. She also said she had not gotten any apology from the airline.
This comes as Kenya Airways is struggling with debt and investors and is seeking a financial advisor to help them create an investor letter.
