Huddah Monroe who is a Kenyan socialite, businesswoman, and model has argued the youths to venture into and embrace agriculture.
In her post, she stated that content creation will only last a few days, and challenged the youths to question what they will survive on if the internet goes off.
She also went ahead to give a list of the things she is learning in matters of agriculture, precision farming, hydroponics, aquaponics, and vertical farming.
Some of the content creators who have ventured widely into agriculture include Thee Pluto and the president of single mothers Akothee.
The queen, Huddah Monroe enjoys a following of 2.3 million followers on Instagram.
A National Young Farmers Coalition study found that 40% of Gen Z respondents are interested in a career in agriculture. This is significantly higher than the percentage of millennials interested in a career in agriculture (25%).

Kenyan youths remain to be the future of the nation and its agricultural development. Farming is one of the most proven self-employment. This could lead to a more sustainable and innovative food system in the future.
Farming is the way to go.
