Legendary singer and fashion icon Rihanna is set to make a return to live performance at the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show on Sunday
‘Shine bright like a diamond…’ could be exactly how Rihanna’s Super Bowl Halftime Show begins. Well, there are 100 different ways the star could choose to start. Rihanna could start with any of her 14 number-one hits or any of her 31 songs in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.
Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles will set the stage for arguably one of the greatest female artists. At halftime, Rihanna could bring out a guest artist or not. The Super Bowl winner will get lots of diamonds on their championship ring.

The 34-year-old is one of the biggest stars today. Her accomplishments include nine Grammy nominations, thirteen American Music Awards, the American Music Icon Award, twelve Billboard Music Awards, six Guinness World Records, the NAACP President’s Award, an Academy Award nomination, and inclusion in TIME magazine’s 2012 and 2018 lists of the 100 Most Influential People.
Rihanna will be performing in Glendale, Arizona, on Sunday. Her latest project in music was the release of two Black Panther: Wakanda Forever tracks ‘Lift Me Up’ and ‘Born Again’. According to BBC, the track Lift Me Up’ has been nominated for an Oscar. The track was Rihanna’s first new solo single in six years.
On Thursday, Rihanna said it was ‘scary’ to accept the invitation to perform at the Superbowl Halftime Show but also expressed her desire, even after dominating for many years,
“I haven’t been on stage for seven years,” she said, speaking at a press conference in preparation for the Superbowl annual final playoff.
Rihanna also pointed out that it was important to her to be “representing for immigrants, representing for my country, Barbados, representing for black women everywhere”.
