Rapper Austin Richard Post, better known by his stage name Post Malone, is overjoyed to announce that he is about to embark on the path of parenthood. Malone and his long-time partner just announced the birth of their daughter.
Malone’s contentment, however, is not only due to this factor. It’s time for a double celebration, as the Malone acknowledged the birth of his kid and spilled the beans about his relationship status during a recent appearance on The Howard Stern Show on June 13.
Malone accidentally snuck the information about his daughter into the conversation when he was asked what time he got up and went to the studio the other day. “I want to let her make her own decisions,” he said when pressed by Stern about keeping the news under wraps.
As soon as the Sunflower singer finished speaking, host Howard interrupted him and questioned if his ‘baby girl’ was his girlfriend or a real baby. The singer answered by saying, “It’s my daughter.” Later, Howard enquired about Malone’s relationship status and his companion. “She’s my fiancée,” Malone remarked after confirming his engagement news.
The Grammy-nominated singer, however, did not provide any other information or reveal the identity of his lover. According to reports, the rapper and his ladylove have kept their romance discreet and are working on their future together.
Last month, the 26-year-old confirmed they were expecting a child.
“I’m excited for this next chapter in my life, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, and for since I could remember I was sad. Time to take care of my body and my family and friends, and spread as much love as we can every day.“
Malone grew up in Texas and has gone on to become one of the most successful musicians of all time. “Circles,” “Rockstar,” and “White Iverson” are among his many successful songs.
