It seems that the singer Lizzo has broken her silence on social media in response to the recent lawsuit filed by her former dancers.
The dancers accused her of sexual harassment, weight-shaming, and creating a hostile work environment. Lizzo denies these claims and expresses her disappointment in the situation.
She states that she takes her work ethic, morals, and respectfulness seriously and finds the allegations unbelievable and outrageous. Lizzo points out that the dancers making the accusations were former employees who had been let go due to inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour during the tour.
Lizzo emphasizes her passion for music and her commitment to high standards, but she denies any intention of making anyone feel uncomfortable or undervalued as part of her team. She also addresses her openness about her sexuality and refuses to let it be used against her or portray her as something she’s not.

Furthermore, Lizzo asserts that she has experienced body-shaming herself and would never criticize someone’s body, nor would she fire them because of weight gain. She expresses her hurt but insists that she will not let this overshadow the good work she has done.
The plaintiffs’ attorney criticizes Lizzo for her denial and lack of sympathy, claiming that it adds to his clients’ trauma and lets down her own brand and fans. Despite the challenging situation, Lizzo thanks those who have reached out to support her during this difficult time.
