Teen influencer Lil Tay, whose real name is Claire Hope has been reported dead by her family.
In a statement posted on Lil Tay’s Instagram page, the teen’s family announced that they are grieving the loss of both the teen and her 21-year-old brother. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths of the teen influencer and her brother has been launched.

Lil Tay gained fame in 2018 by producing controversial videos that went viral and featured a lot of profanity along with fashionable clothing and expensive cars. In the videos, the young influencer referred to herself as ‘the youngest flexer’.
I suppose people find it amusing because I’m just 9 years old and yet I’ve achieved so much. I’m the youngest flexer out there. I have the freedom to pursue whatever I desire. If others doubt me, it’s of no concern to me.
Lil Tay said in an interview on Good Morning America in 2018.
For the past five years, she has been on and off the internet. She paid respect to a rapper XXXTentacion in 2018 in her final post before it was announced that she had passed away recently.

Speculations have arisen after the sudden death of the young social media star with her fans accusing the teenager’s parents of not being truthful about the cause of the teen’s death. Many people alleged that Lil Tay’s father had mistreated and cheated on her and her brother in 2018.
