Kenya Airways PLC (KQ) and Delta Air Lines (DL) are set to expand their strategic collaboration, introducing Kenya Airways’ direct Nairobi to New York service into their partnership starting August 5th, 2023.

Presently, KQ operates a daily flight connecting Nairobi and New York, offering a nonstop route between East Africa and America.

The enhanced alliance will not only grant travelers more choices within the U.S. but also provide expanded flight opportunities within Africa, extending travel possibilities to over 31 African destinations and 57 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Allan Kilavuka, CEO of Kenya Airways PLC Group, highlighted the significance of this broader code-share. He emphasized that the partnership marks a pivotal development in boosting connectivity between the U.S. and Africa, enabling direct access to Kenya Airways’ services through its American counterpart.
