Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta made his first public appearance alongside the Azimio today, attending an interdenominational prayer service held at the SKM Command Centre in Karen.
The solemn mass, organized by the opposition coalition, aimed to mourn the loss of lives during anti-government protests and pray for the swift recovery of the injured.
Arriving a few minutes before 11 am, Uhuru drove himself to the venue, marking a departure from his previous public appearances.
The last time he was seen at a public function was during the Jubilee National Delegates Convention (NDC) at the Ngong Racecourse.
