The Woman Behind the Kardashian Billion Dollar Businesses

The Kardashian-Jenner are taking over the business space, with each sister and mum having their own multi-million-dollar franchise.

Currently, they have released their season three of their reality series The Kardashians that is said to give them 1.6 million dollars each per episode. The family always makes headlines and most of the time for the wrong reasons and when it comes to their businesses, they have had their share of lawsuits and business fails.

Recently, they have made an impact with their individual businesses but they owe it all to an African American called Emma Grede. Emma is the brains behind the Kardashian-Jenner business empire. Her accent and relaxed personality and very rare to none media scandals gives of a different impression.

Emma became associated with the Kardashian-Jenner first with Khloé Kardashian when they paired up to launch Good American. The first all sizes inclusive denim brand. Currently the brand has expanded into active wear and swim wear and even shoes.

Emma is one of the most hard working people I know. She not only immerses herself in every component of the business, she consistently pushes the envelope for what a modern, inclusive fashion can be and should be.

Emma then joined Kim Kardashian in creating the billion-dollar company, Skims that is mentioned with major cooperation’s like Apple and Tesla. Skims is a shapewear brand that is known for its different varieties and tonal pieces that match skin tones. Her husband, Jens is the co-founder and CEO while Emma is founding partner and the chief product officer.

Last year, Emma teamed up with the momager, Kris Jenner to create Safely, a cleaning supplies company which was launched March last year.

Emma Grede has earned herself a spot alongside Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner on the Forbes 2022 list of self-made rich women in the United States with a networth of $360 million due to her 8% stake in Skims, 23% of Good American and 22% of Safely.
