It seems like Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson will always be a team. The reality star opened up about her ex basketball player, Tristan Thompson and his sixteen-year-old brother moving in with her after their mothers, Andrea sudden passing.
Andrea died unexpectedly of a heart attack at the age of 53. Khloe, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner travelled to Toronto to help with the funeral arrangements and support Tristan’s family. Khloe shared how Tristan broke the news to her.
I didn’t really understand what he was saying. He was just screaming on the phone, trying to tell me that she’s gone, but I had no idea who he was talking about.

After the funeral, Tristan became the legal guardian of his younger brother Amari. Amari is disabled and they do not know yet what he does or does not know cognitively. Tristan moved his brother home with him to care for him in close proximity.

Unfortunately, Tristan and his brother were met with another calamity when they moved back home. The house that he had been renovating became unlivable. Tristan’s roof caved in on his house and flooded his house due to the strong rains that were being experienced in California at the time.
Tristan and Amari then moved in with Khloe Kardashian. Khloe and Tristan share two children, daughter, True who is five and son, Tatum who is eleven months old. Khloe expresses that a silver lining from them moving in amidst all the chaos is Tatum has gotten to bond with his uncle Amari.
I’m grateful that I’m strong enough and brave enough to be a support system for someone else that has no other support system right now. You do not have to treat me right for me to treat you right. It’s not the way I was raised.

In another episode, Khloe shares that she has forgiven Tristan for his cheating scandals but clarifies they are not back together. She adds saying that the two co-parent well together and will not refuse him from seeing his children as he plays an important role in their lives. She adds that she know she has a role to play to ensure Tristan doesn’t think it is more than a co-parenting relationship.
