The Spiderman actor, Tom Holland and his girlfriend the Euphoria actress, Zendaya are on of Hollywood couple goals. Since the couple started dating in 2021, they have kept their relationship private only showing up together at red carpet events. And so when fans were wondering why Zendaya was not with Tom Holland at the New York premiere of his new Apple TV + series, the Crowded Room, he said she was visiting her grandma and their two very busy people and they are in opposite sides of the world.
Tom Holland recently said Zendaya had a lot to put up with. He said this referring to his 70’s hair cut and colour change that involved bangs as he was filming the Crowded Room. The 27-year-old mentions how Zendaya was a sport when he brought his new look to his real life that he mentions he does not like, especially die to the colour.
In an interview by Hollywood reporter published on June 14th, the actor tells the reporter,
Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible. We don’t think that we owe it to anyone, its our thing, and has nothing to do with our careers.

Tom Holland announced that he is taking a one year break from acting due to the toll of filming his new series the Crowded Room took on him, he says in an interview,
It was a tough time for sure, we were exploring certain emotions that I have definitely never experienced before. And then on top of that being a producer, dealing with the day to day problems that come with any film set.

In the Crowd Room, Tom plays a man arrested in the 1979 shooting in the New York series which is inspired by the real life story Billy Miligan, the first person acquitted of a crime due to dissociative disorder. Which inspired Tom to look into his mental health. He also revealed he has been sober for a year and four month.
