Countries are known to be associated with their main dish or food. Mexico has Taco, Italy has pasta, France has croissants, Uganda has rolex and Nigeria has fufu.

According to the latest data of Uber Eats, the Japanese traditional cuisine, Sushi is the most popular dish amongst Kenya. With salmon sashimi and salmon futomaki which are mostly paired with tuna, maki and sashimi.
