Mwalimu Rachel: One of My Biggest Regrets is Managing Sailors

Mwalimu Rachel has opened up as she shared a gist that she regrets managing Sailors and that it is one of the things she wishes she could have done differently in a clip of her show ‘Hangout with Rachel.’

Mwalimu Rachel is a Kenyan radio presenter, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur. She is the host of the NRG Radio show “Hangout with Mwalimu.”

Mwalimu Rachel managed the Gengetone music group Sailors from 2019 to 2020. During her time as their manager, the group released several hit songs, including “Wamlambez,” “Wainame,” and “Pekejeng.”

Rachel and Sailors’ relationship soured in 2020. The group accused Rachel of mismanagement and of withholding their earnings. Rachel denied these allegations, and the two sides eventually parted ways.
