Burna Boy was the co-headliner of the 2023 UEFA Champions League Final Kick-off Show by Pepsi®, which took place at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul on Saturday. The final was headlined by Grammy-nominated Brazilian singer Anitta.

He is known for his Afrobeats music, which blends elements of West African music with electronic dance music, and his performance was sure a great way to crown him King of Afrobeat.
