Madaraka Festival: Sauti Sol and King Kaka tour

The Madaraka Festival USA tour is a celebration of African culture and heritage. It is organized annually in different cities across the United States.

The festival features a variety of musical performances, dance, food, and art.

This year’s Madaraka Festival has featured different artist from Sauti Sol, Eddy Kenzo, King Kaka, Draze, Anthony Cole, DJs, Tacoma refuge choir and other award winning and influential artists.

Earlier yesterday, King kaka updated his fans via social media, stating that the New York show dates were moved to Friday, June 2, at Irving Plaza since most of the fans requested for a day closer to the weekend, as compared to the earlier communicated Tuesday May 16.


The already sold ticket will still be good for the new date.

He also went ahead to assure his fans that the other date remains as scheduled; Atlanta on Sunday May 21, Dallas on May 24, and Seattle on May 26, and then to conclude the tour on Friday, June 2, for the New York show.

The Kenyan artists making the tour have already travelled to the US and are already gearing up for the performance.

This year, Madaraka Festival will honor African and African American culture while elevating their voices and creating community cohesion.

The Madaraka Festival USA is a great opportunity to learn about African culture and to experience the diversity of the African diaspora. The festival is also a great way to enjoy live music, dance, and food.
