DJ Brownskin is facing backlash on social media after a video circulated on Twitter showing his now late wife committing suicide as he is recording the events without intervening.
The video shows the late Sharon Njeri mixing a substance in a cup and drinking it. After a while, she started spitting out saliva. At that moment she told DJ Brownskin to take care of her children and to tell them that she loves them dearly.
In the video, a man’s voice who is speculated to be DJ Brownskin’s voice asks the house help to assist DJ Brownskin’s late wife with milk.
What annoyed Kenyan Netizens was that in the video one of her children comes in asking the father why he has destroyed the mother’s picture, meanwhile the late Sharon Njeri is on the floor writhing in pain. DJ Brownskin then tells the child to give his mother the milk.

Some netizens say that DJ Brownskin is guilty and that he should be investigated for encouraging his late wife to commit suicide. A majority of comments convey displeasure with the way DJ Brownskin handled the situation.
However, some netizens sided with him justifying that if he had not taken the video he would have allegedly been taken to prison and charged with killing his wife. Hence he took the video for evidence purposes.
DJ Brownskin was devastated by what transpired and the manner in which his wife died. The DJ took to his social media account to wish his wife a happy birthday after her death and he assured her that he and their children are both fine and the person missing from their life is the late Sharon Njeri.
