Nandy has officially joined other musicians who have their own record label in East Africa. This includes Calligraph Jones, Sauti sol and Diamond Platnumz, among others.
Her record label is named ‘The African Princess’, with an objective to uplift women in the music industry in Africa. The record label is mainly aimed at signing only female artists..
She also emphasizes that the record label is not for Tanzanians only but for all African women.

“Ninayo furaha kubwa kuileta kwenu Rasmi THE AFRICAN PRINCESS LEBEL…! 2023 lebel ambayo itahusisha wanawake tu! Kama tunavo ona industry ya watoto wa kike ni chache sana na uthabiti umekuwa ni mdogo so tunaimani na kuomba the African princess lebel itaongeza wingi wa vipaji vya watoto wa kike waliopo mtaaani wenye ndoto kubwa kwenye muziki” Nandy said while launching the music label”.
“Lakini pia hii lebel SIO ya wa Tanzania tu! Ni lebel ya AFRICA. So tutarajie kuona vipaji mbali mbali kutoka nchi mbali mbali. Ndo mana inaitwa AFRICAN PRINCESS LEBEL!
She urged the media blogs and people working in the entertainment industry to show their support towards her record label.
“Ni matumaini yangu makubwa kwa MEDIA, BLOGS, MASHABIKI mtatupokea kwa moyo mmoja na kutupa support ya Hali na Mali Ili tuweze kufanikisha ndoto za mabinti walio mtaani… Nandy Said.
Nandy went on to thank her fans who have been waiting for the label to launch and urged them to stay tuned as they were going to release their first artist soon.
“Shukrani za dhati kwa watu wote walio pokea hili huu ni mwanzo kaa karibu na ntandao wako maaana soon tutamzindua msanii wetu wa kwanza,” Nandy said.
According to Mpasho, the singer launched her new label in an event that was attended by some of the government officials known in Tanzania.
