The Chinese shining Ice sculptures have attracted more international visitors to Harbin city in order to witness Snow wonders in the country.
The 39th annual Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival kicked off in Northeast China recently where spectacular ice sculptures are drawing in tens of thousands of visitors.
Illuminated with colorful lights. The enormous installations were made from more than 150,000 cubic meters of snow and ice. The largest of its kind in the world.
This year’s festival includes a 40-meter-high ice tower, a 500-meter ice slide, and a 120-meter-high sky wheel that offers stunning views of the whole park.
“This is my first time to Harbin in winter, I have never seen this kind of show before actually, it is really fantastic. China is number one in such kinds of shows such as light and ice shows. I am sure that it will be good for foreigners to come here again”, said Russian visitor Alexander Balitskiy.

This year’s festival started on January 5th and will run for about two months until February.
