On Monday, December 5 Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa revealed that some of the Azimio La Umoja Governors agree to jointly work with the Kenya Kwanza regime.
Barasa in his statement clarified that Governors from the Western Kenya region formulated to come together conclusion in order to work closely with the new ruling regime, despite the fact of belonging to the Opposition side.
According to the Kakamega County governor, he had no hidden concept since the commitment to work with president William Ruto was not personal Agenda but that of the entire Western Kenya region governors.
“My key duties as governor of Kakamega county is to make sure that there is a mutual collaboration with the National Government in terms of highly ranked developments,” Fernandes Barasa said at his Office while addressing the Media.
This coming Thursday, December 8, Western Kenya region Governors will meet President Ruto in Kakamega to precise signing the pact detailing their Model of operation with the National Government.
Fully at the developmental gear point, Western Kenya Governors will at a higher notch want the President to finish up the projects that former President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta launched in the region.

“Significantly, personally I am in Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya Coalition, however, it is magnificently important for us to work with the President in order to deliver developmental aspects to the Kenyan citizens at large,” Governor Barasa added to his statement.

Furthermore, Fernandes Barasa called upon the members of the public most especially in the Western Kenya region to humbly welcome President William Ruto on Thursday, December 8.
