The QuickMart Supermarket is gearing up for a new strategy in order to expand its outlets in Kenyan Counties, targeting more Customers in the Country.
In an interview with the local daily Newspaper [The Star] on Friday, December 9, QuickMart Supermarket Marketing Director Betty Wamaitha said that the Retailer is looking forward to getting closer to Esteemed Consumers across the Country.
“So far we have 55 Branches in 15 Kenyan Counties. Also, we are planning to give the best to our customers with highly ranked services in 2023,” QuickMart Supermarket Marketing Director Betty Wamaitha said.

Giving the whole image, QuickMart has 13 Branches that work 24 hours Kenyan Time [EAT] and expects to increase the number to 20 starting January 2023.
Further, the Supermarket has unveiled the ‘Krisi Bila Worries’ Campaign that will see its Customers enjoy a variety of discounts on common Foodstuffs such as Baking flour, Milk, Maize flour, and Cooking oil among other Products.

According to Marketing Director, the firm is a life to the Rising Cost of living in Kenya at large which has seen Inflation hit a 7-year high of 9.5% as of November 30, 2022, and the Discounts are a relief to customers.
The Supermarket now is the 2nd leading Store Outlet in terms of market space in the Country after Naivas which has 90 stores, with Plans to Open a New Store along Ojijo Road in Nairobi County.
Additionally, Naivas and QuickMart are simply competing to fill the gap left by Nakumatt Supermarket which ran into bankruptcy. Already the 2 firms have so far occupied 60% of stores previously occupied by Naivas, Choppies, and Uchumi Supermarket respectively.
